FAQs

We offer lessons behind our boat or we can use your boat.  Rates reduce if we we use your boat.

We are here to help you have a great time on Lake Wylie. Here are a few questions we are frequently asked.

What is included - lessons for up to 3 to 4 people.  Others can ride in the boat.

We like to keep lessons to 3 to 4 people and about 3 to 4 hours. We can customize as needed. Others not taking lessons can ride on the boat. Bring your towels, water and life vest. We have some of these items but may not have the size for everyone.

What are the regulations for life jackets?

Anyone 13 years or younger MUST have a US Coast Guard Approved Life Jacket on at ALL times (boat on or off, moving or stopped, anchored or not).

Can you help me with Wake Surfing, Water Skiing, Wake Boarding, or other water sports?

We can help beginners and beyond in all categories. We can also help with boat driving and setup.

Whose Boat is Used When Training?

We use the Nautique G23 for lessons and the Bennington 22ft pontoon for tours. We can also use your boat.

Can others ride on the boat who aren't taking lessons

Yes, but we try to keep in to under 10 people

What is the cancellation policy?

No refunds will be given for client cancellations.  If the Captain must cancel a tour due to weather or other reason, your deposit will be refunded.

Is there a deposit required for booking?

Yes.  There is a $200, non-refundable deposit on all tours.  Of course, in the case of a Small Craft Advisory &/or Captain's Call Cancellation, you would receive your deposit back.  The deposit does come off the total bill.
